Stress-Less Energy Balls

Feeling stressed? Check out these no-bake chocolatey stress/anxiety relief balls These powerful little balls feature 1 of our favourite adaptogens Ashwagandha! ⁠

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup oat flour⁠

  • 1/2 cup almonds⁠

  • 1 cup dates, pitted⁠

  • 2 tbsp of any nut butter of choice

  • 1 tsp ashwagandha⁠ (my fav is mediherb brand or organic traditions)

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder⁠

  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs⁠

  • 1 tsp vanilla⁠

  • Pinch of sea salt⁠ (my fav is Celtic sea salt)



Directions:

1. Place oats and almonds in a food processor or blender and mix until you reach a fine flour-like consistency. 2. Add the dates and continue to blend. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until everything is well combined. 3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for five days or the freezer for any longer. ENJOY!⁠
